Id leave negative stars if I could !! Shitty business being ran. Brought my pup in on an emergency visit, and they were tiredly at first. Ill give them that ! They took care of my baby. However, when it came time to pay, we were trying to arrange payment options. Refused to work with us, and were gonna withhold my dogs MUCH NEEDED medication until the full payment was completed. Also, to add. They mentioned cherry pay as an option, which I thought would be amazing ! They said that we could just pay the bill on a monthly basis if we got approved. However, when it was time to finalize everything , they forgot to mention THE FIRST INITIAL PAYMENT THAT HAS TO BE PAID. Never once was that specified, only that we would have to pay monthly, is all that was specified. I will not be taking my animals here again, they are greedy and they do not care !!

My baby recently got with spondylosis and now he gets laser therapy every week and we love it. Also Deb is our groomer and she’s the best!!!

Had to call and talk to emergency vet last night early this morning bc of my female cat and the vet on call WAS VERY Dismissive AND RUDE made me feel stupid while asking questions ever dissatisfied!
